Welcome Banners 
Why  have a "Welcome Banner"?
Add a wow factor to your event and greet your guests with a 24" x 80" "Custom Banner" commemorating your special Day. The banner is free-standing when ordered with one of our lightweight stands and is completely customized. Our design staff will custom design your banner based on the image that you provide.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • How soon before my event should I order my Custom Banner?
    At least one month before your event. At this time you will choose the style of the seating board and pay the deposit. The guest list and photo is not due until two weeks before your event.


  • Do I need to come in to order my Custom Banne?
    It is recommended that you come in to our office to order. We can do everything through email, mail, and over the phone but choices will need to be made on how you want your Custom Banner setup.


  • How much is the deposit and when is it due?
    The deposit of 50% of the total is due when you order.


  • When is final payment due?
    Final payment is due upon pickup. Payments are to be in the form of a check, money order, or cash.


  • What type of photo should I use?
    A photo taken by a professional photographer works the best. A high resolution digital file from your photographer or digital camera is required as it offers the best results. Remember, the final product is 24" x 80". A print will not scan and enlarge with good enough quality.


  • What type of pose works best?
    Poses vary, but the most popular seems to be when the subject(s) are not looking at the camera. An action pose also works great (such as a dip). Have fun with the picture.


  • When is the Photo due?
    The photo is due TWO Weeks prior to the date of your event.


  • Do I get to see a sample of the Custom Banner before it gets printed?
    Yes. After we receive the photo, we will create your Custom Banner and email you a proof for your approval. If any further changes are needed, subsequent proofs will be emailed after each update.


  • What if I want to make a design changes after receiving the first proof?
    We can make changes to your Custom Banner up until 5pm on the Sunday before your event. After every change a subsequent proof will me emailed over for approval. We print the Custom Banners early Monday morning, if the Custom Banner is not ready to go to print until after this deadline, there will be a $75 rush fee.


  • How do I display my Custom Banner at the reception?
    The price of the banner includes an easy to setup, free standing, spring frame.


  • What is the print quality of the Custom Banners?
    The Custom Banners are printed in-house on professional, photo-grade, polypropylene banner stock. It is printed using a professional-grade, wide-format, inkjet printer, with 100 year ultra-chrome ink.


  • How durable is the banner?
    The polypropylene is very strong and tear resistant. We chose this material because of its durability and quality of final product.
